Biography

Joseph Biddle is a part of US Black heritage.

Joseph was born about 1854 in Pennsylvania.

He was the (presumed) brother of Civil War veteran Eli George Biddle of the 54th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry - the first regiment made up entirely of enlisted men of color - who became an AME minister after the war.
