On August 27, 1878, Lydia and John gave birth to their daughter Emma Watkin Stanley, in Haverford, Delaware County, Pennsylvania[6].

In 1880, Lydia (age 29 - worked at keeping house) lived in Haverford, with her husband John E. (age 32 - worked as a miller), their daughter Julia (age 3), their daughter Emma W. (age 2), Irish servant Jane Crawsett (age 40), Pennsylvania native David Crawsett (age 7 - attended school) and Irish boarder Michael Finnegan (age 58 - worked as a teamster)[7].

On December 11, 1881, Lydia and John gave birth to their son John Morris Stanley, in Haverford[8].

On December 23, 1884, Lydia and John gave birth to their daughter Lizzie Bittle Stanley, in Haverford[9].

On July 15, 1893, Lydia and John gave birth to their daughter Sarah Kirk Stanley, in Haverford[10].

In 1900, Lydia J. (age 49 - born in October of 1850, in Pennsylvania), lived in Springfield, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, with her husband John E. (age 52 - born in October of 1847, in Pennsylvania and worked as a farmer), their daughter Emma W. (age 21 - born in August of 1878, in Pennsylvania), their son J. Morris (age 18 - born in December of 1881, in Pennsylvania and worked as an apprentice machinist), their daughter Elizabeth B. (age 15 - born in December of 1884 and attended school) and daughter Sarah K. (age 5 - born in July of 1894, in Pennsylvania)[11].


She passed away after 1900.
