Research Notes

In the St. George P. E. Cemetary (Penns Neck) records, Barbara is listed as "Beetle, Barbara, wf. William."[3]

William was born on 11 SEP 1699 OR 11 SEP 1704 in Salem, New Jersey. He was the son of John Bettle and Abigail (Matern) Bettle.

Since first child was born in 1722, marriage to barbara was before that,

William was buried after 9 January 1771 in St. George Cemetery, Pennsville, Salem. New Jersey.[4]
