Thomas Biddle was born on October 17, 1734, in Pennsylvania, son of Thomas Biddle and Mary (Antrim) Biddle. He married Abigail (Scull) Biddle on April 17, 1760 in Pennsylvania[1]and they had moved to Tennessee before 1783. They had five children.
He was appointed a Captain in the militia for Washington County, 23 Oct 1790.
Thomas died in September 1793 in Washington, Tennessee, at the age of 58. His will was probated 12 Oct 1793 in New Jersey. [2]
