Biography

FamilySearch Person: LDQG-VR6

Walter Biddlecom was born in May 21, 1835 in Muchelney, Somerset, England[1], the child of Walter Biddlecom and Louisa Cox.

Walter immigrated to America via the Petrel, embarking from Bristol, England and arriving in New York on July 14, 1856. [2]

He married Anna Rebecca Terrell[3] Together they had 7 children:

  1. Charles Biddlecom
  2. William Biddlecom
  3. Wallace Biddlecom
  4. Iva Biddlecom
  5. Warren Biddlecom
  6. Sarah Biddlecom
  7. Herbert Biddlecom

Walter died on July 25, 1908, in the Erie County Almshouse, in Buffalo, New York[4], at the age of 73 , and was buried in Elmlawn Memorial Park, Kenmore, NY,[5]
