Biography

Judith (Bidwell) Fryer was a convict after the Third Fleet transported to New South Wales

Judith Bidwell arrived in New South Wales on the Surprize in 1794. She had been convicted of stealing a watch at Middlesex Gaol Delivery and transported for seven years. [1]

In 1828, Judith was aged 54, living at Cobbitty, NSW with her husband Richard Fryer and son William, aged 13. [2]

Bidwell-193 and Bidwell-188 appear to represent the same person because: Hi Rob and Lindsay, there are some small discrepancies between these two profiles but I think they are duplicates. See https://australianroyalty.net.au/tree/purnellmccord.ged/individual/I66286/Judith-Bidwell
