Biography

Elisha was a lawyer by profession. He lived for a time in Pittsfield, Guilford, and Montpelier, Vermont.

Birth and Family

Elisha Bigelow was born on 17 Nov 1774, in Brookfield, Worcester, Massachusetts Bay Colony.^[1] He was the son of Asa Bigelow and Rebecca (Richardson) Bigelow.

Marriage

Elisha Bigelow married Mary (Bigelow) Bigelow, on 30 Jan 1799, in Pittsford, Vermont, United States. Elisha and Mary had a total of four children during their marriage.
