William Hodgins Biggar (1852 - 1922)

Biography

William H. Biggar was an Ontario lawyer and politician. He was mayor of Belleville in 1897 and represented Hastings West in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1890 to 1898.^[1]

Born in 1852, he was the son of James Biggar and Isabella Hodgins. He married Marie Louise Ballou in 1893.^[2]

He passed away in 1922 and was buried at the Belleville Cemetery.^[3]
