Joseph was born in 1837, the son of Thomas Biggin and Ellenora Haywood.[1]
In 1857, Joseph Haywood Biggin married Bridget D'Arcy in the Colony of Victoria.[2]
In 1876, Joseph Haywood Biggin married Honoria O'Dowd in the Colony of Victoria.[3]
He passed away in 1907, aged 70. [4]
