1920 TN Census Nashville Davidson County, shows Ruby in home of origin. Aaron Reuben, HOH, age 46, Mattie, age 44, Daughters, Margaret, age 15, Flossie age 12, and Rubie age 9. All members of family spoke English, could read and write. Aaron worked at a foundry, Mattie was keeping house, Margaret was working as a cashier at a dry goods store.

Garrett, female, white, age 28, married, 8th grade education she works as a cake icer at a bakery. Others in household: Gertrude Beazley, female, white, Mother-in-law, age 64, widowed, she has a high 1st gade education. Ruby Biggs, boarder, female, white, widowed, age 29. 8th grade education.
