Biography
Felix was born in 1898, the son of John Biggs and Ellen Annie Hopgood.[1]
He married Mary Ethel Fedis Dampier Tripe (nee Aktinson) in 1935.[2] They may have had 4 children; Dianne, Marie, Jack and Rex.
He passed away in 1968 at the age of 70.[3]
