Melita was born in Okanagan Landing, British Columbia on 19 Oct 1919, the daughter of Hubert John Billard and Rebecca Vera May Watts.[1]
Melita married Ernest Charles Lewington in Vernon, British Columbia on 15 July 1940.[2]
