There is a street in Del Norte County, north of Crescent City in the Fort Dick area that is called Rock Billy Drive. It is "a 1990 street named by Joey Wier for a member of the Tolowa Indian tribe. Rock Billy was so dubbed by the local whites because he lived on the shores of Lake Earl where there is a large rock. Its exact location is southwest of this street that is his namesake."[3]
