Andreas Billinger was born about 1747, Straubing, Bayern, Germany, he died 3 March 1811, Herzog, Russia.[1] His parents are unknown.

Andreas Billinger was a single man when he arrived in Russia, he borrowed only 8 Rbl from St. Petersburg, and married in the colony of Herzog, Russia, Anna Maria Scheck/Schock born 1748, the daughter of Peter Scheck.[2]

In 1786 Andreas Billinger with his family moved from Herzog, Russia to Rossochi [Franzosen] Russia[3]

1798 Census, Fossochi [Franzosen] Russia:

Andreas Billinger, is 50, from Herzog, his wife Anna Maria Schock, is 46 last name also spelled Scheck, their son Johann Peter was 14 and daughter Agnesa, was 11. Their oldest son Valentine was 28, his spouse, Maria Eva Bauer was 24, sons: Peter age 3, and Philipp age 1.[4]

The Billinger's moved back to Herzog, Russia sometime between 1798 and 1811. Andreas is believed to have died in the colony of Herzog, Russia. His wife Anna Maria, in 1834, is living in the household of son Peter Billinger. Their son Valentin died in 1833.[5]
