Ann Billings (recorded as "Anna Billinge"), a daughter of Richard Billings and Elizabeth (Unknown) Billings, was christened at Raynford Chapel, Prescot Parish, Lancashire, England, on the 2nd of April, 1622. She emigrated to the Massachusetts Bay Colony, and there married, as his second wife, John Gill of Milton; various texts (see Sources) claim the marriage took place by 1630, but this appears extremely dubious unless her baptism was long-delayed -- by as much as a decade, or more -- after her birth.
Ann (Billings) Gill passed away after the 16th of July, 1683,the date of her will; she is buried at Braintree, Massachusetts.
Birth (christening 2 April 1622 at St. Mary, Prescot, Lancashire; surname shown as "Billinge"; note that the location as St. Mary's appears to conflict with the 2017 NEHGR Child/Ullman's location of Rainforth): "England Births and Christenings, 1538-1975", database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NPJF-L68 : 22 March 2020), Anna Billinge, 1622.
Marriage (NEHGS/Torrey): "GILL, John (-1678) & 2/wf Ann [BILLINGS] (-1683) (sis Roger); by 1630; Dorchester {Dorchester Hist. 120; Milton Hist. 127; Woolson-Fenno 99; Gibson 92; Belcher 9; Reg. 11:335, 60:132; Pope's Pioneers 186}" -- New England Marriages to 1700. The Ullman/Child article you posted seems to say that the Billings family was proven to be not from Taunton but Prescot, Lancashire? Is there a reason you stuck with Taunton as a birth place?
Sorry, I just overlooked the correction to her birthplace. It has now been changed. Thank you for calling this to my attention.
