Roger Billings III was born some time prior to the date of his baptism on 08 Apr 1750, to Roger Billings and Abigail (Denison) Billings in Preston.[1][2]

Death

As of 11 Sep 2018 there is nothing conclusive to document when this Roger died, but certainly it was sometime after his baptism. Some online trees have listed him as dying in April 1750. Others have listed him without a date and that he died in France, however, none of those onlne trees have any documentation to support either claim.
