Biography
Mahala was born in about 1821 in Tennessee.[1] She is the daughter of Henry Billings and Elizabeth Merrill. In 1843, she married Ellis Milligan in Arkansas (unsourced). In 1870 she lived in Arkansas with her son, Franklin.[2] She passed away in 1872 (unsourced).
