Daniel died intestate. On 2-May-1755, Anna (Parker) Billing appointed her son-in-law, Amos Heald, to be the administrator of the Daniel Billing estate, he having married her daughter and only child, Elizabeth (Billing) Heald.[1] Anna gave Elizabeth and Amos the rights to the estate on 10-Jun-1755.[12]
