Children: By Eliza he had at least one son: Charles Crawford Billingsley, born 2 February 1886 at Caney Twp, Cerrogordo, Little River County, Arkansas. Charles married Nina Winchell Lewis on 3 November 1902.[1]
Jesse died at Cerro Gordo, Arkansas on 3 February 1915. His wife Eliza had preceeded died at Cerro Gordo on 6 March 1895.[1]
