Biography
Jesse, son of Jeptha Billingsley and his wife Miriam Randolph, was born in Randolph County, Tennessee on 10 October 1810.[1]
Jesse Billingsley married Eliza Ann Winans (born 1827 in Illinois) on 15 January 1847. Their son Francis was born on 25 July 1850, in Texas.[1]
Jesse died on 1 October 1880, McDade, Texas.[1]
