Her parents were Ellen & Thomas Bilsbrough and she was born on 25 Sep 1817 in Blackburn, Lancashire, England and was christened there on 10 Oct 1817 at Clayton Street Wesleyan. [1]
In 1827 she emigrated from England to America. [2]
Deliverance Bilsbrough or Billsborough married on 28 May 1837 at Whitely home in Freehold Twp, Warren County, Pennsylvania, USA to James Whitely or Whiteley (b: 01 Apr 1817, d: 06 May 1881).
She died on 23 Apr 1856 in Sugar Grove, Warren County, Pennsylvania, USA and was buried there at Turnpike Cemetery. [3]
