I'll be back in 10...
(but I'm not promising minutes)
Sorry, but it might be a while until I can get back to you.

Genealogy is on hold for now (life intervenes). Please add "urgent" or similar to anything time sensitive. Thanks!

Some people have never read the entire speech, given in regards to the Great Depression. A few lines: From Franklin Delano Roosevelt:

This great Nation will endure as it has endured, will revive and will prosper. So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself—nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance.[1]

My background is medicine, but I am an artist at heart. Genealogy is just plain fun, and I find it fascinating. It's like a treasure hunt, mystery solving, and living history all at once, I don't know whether I would pursue it without WikiTree though. Rabidly anti-commercialism and anti-media/propaganda, I love the idea that this is our tree and we own it. I love the spirit of generosity and comradery here. After all, it is our tree, not my tree. That's the truth. Oh yes, and also important is the principle of accuracy and documentation. That's the scientist in me, evidence based and all that jazz. So ... Hello everyone. I am so happy to be part of this WikiTree. Thank you!

Hello, Cynthia, My name is Ange. I am not sure if you are still active. I have been working on Lucretia Blevins who married James Cooper. Lucretia is a distant relative to my DNA Blevins family. I have added source material and research notes to both Lucretia Blevins and her correct husband James Cooper,1785 - your ancestor. Unfortunately there has been many misconceptions regarding the Blevins and Cooper families as being Cherokee. These do not "pan out" to be legitimate facts, nor are any of these persons documented in any verified Cherokee historic sources. These lineages were originally created from "Shawnee Heritage" by Don Greene. *See "Shawnee Heritage Fraud" regarding these details. "Shawnee Heritage" has created additional disputed Blevins and Cooper folklore/ theories which have no basis in fact. Profiles were then created, based on these misconceptions. A Cherokee historian, I will add documentation and sources to clarify all misconceptions. It is nice to meet you. Any questions feel free to ask. Thanks Ange

Hi Cynthia,

We sent you a message a while ago about your current status as Project Coordinator and have not yet heard back from you. If we don’t hear from you in the next week we will assume you no longer wish to continue as a Project Coordinator on WikiTree at this time, but you are welcome to get back in touch with your Project Leaders to have your badge reinstated.

Many thanks,

Susie and Eowyn

Hi Cynthia,

I’m working with Eowyn to check-in with everyone holding the Project Coordinator badge to make sure we have the most up-to-date information. As a Project Coordinator badge holder, please can you let me know which project(s) you are currently coordinating and if you have a specific role as coordinator in those projects?

Many thanks,

Susie

Correct, I believe; Elizabeth Withers Dudley would appear to be a daughter of Erasmus Withers, d. abt 1680, and his Wife Frances Jones.

Hi Cynthia,

I noted your comment on Jonathan Bosworth-10.

I see you're away now, but if you're available later, your attention to his biography would be greatly appreciated.
