Biography
Phoebe was born in 1871[1] She was the daughter of Stephen Binfield and Lucy Woodford. She was living with her parents and siblings in St John, Huntingdonshire, England in 1871[2] She was still living with her parents and siblings in Martinsville, Hall, Nebraska, United States in 1880[3]
