Henry was born in 1824 in Tennessee. In 1850 he is enumerated on the federal census in the Yalobusha County, Mississippi household of George Washington Lake (1815-1879).[1] He is a clerk. That same year Henry married Sarah J. Mitchell, 1850, Yalobusha County, Mississippi.[2] On the first Monday in March, 1852, Henry N. Bingham was made administrator of the estate of Thomas M. Bingham in Yalobusha County, Mississippi.[3] In April 1854, Henry filed the second annual account for Thomas's estate. [4] In 1860, Henry and Sarah are recorded on the federal census in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. [5]
