Research Notes
The 1869 directory to Manor Township shows David Binkley with post office of Safe Harbor -- [http:/rootsweb.com/~pacahsmano1869.htmThe Conestoga Historical Society, 2007]. The 1869 directory also shows a John Herr with post office of Safe Harbor, presumably David's son-in-law.
The directory of inhabitants of Manor Tp also shows David's father Zephaniah with post office at Millersville. Brother Christian is a farmer at Columbia. Samuel, Peter, and Henry Binkley are also farmers with the post office address Millersville. Who was Samuel? Perhaps Johnson Binkley's son, who died at Safe Harbor.
