DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Charles by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Charles:
Could he be the son of Charles Binns who was living in the old house Rokeby in 1754, in Loudoun Co. He was the Clerk of the Court. There is a little information on the house in the book "Houses Virginians Have Loved," by Agnes Rothery, 1954. In this book she mentions this Charles also had a son Charles Binns, Jr., who as also Clerk of the Court. I have seen the name on old documents for years. Noland 588
