Charles was born in 11 March 1824. His parents were Joseph Binns and Mary Andrews. He appears in the records of Baptist Church, Clayton, Yorkshire[1]
Charles married Hannah Harrison on 21 June 1847 at St Peter (Bradford Cathedral), Bradford, Yorkshire.[2]
