Biography

Louisa Bintz was born on July 2, 1859, in Malaga, Ohio. She was the daughter of David Bintz and Magdalena Ketterer. She married John Neibch on April 17, 1881, in Monroe County, Ohio. They were farmers and had eight children during their marriage. She died on August 11, 1954, at the age of 95, and was buried in Summit Township, Monroe County, Ohio.

Woodsfield, Aug. 13 - Mrs. Louisa Niebch, 95, died at her home near Monroefield today following a lengthy illness. She was the widow of John Niebch who died in 1930.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Lydia Bailey, of Lakewood, Mrs. Emma Weber of Woodsfield, Mrs. Leona LaFollette, of Akron, and Miss Louella, of the home; one son, Edwin, of Monroefield; two brothers, Ben Bintz, of Lewisville, Rt. 1, and Sam Bintz of Woodsfield; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the Evangelical Reform Middle church. Rev. George Barnes will officiate and burial will be in Barnesville by the Bauer-Turner funeral home of Woodsfield.
