Arthur was born in 1876. He was the son of Henry John Birch and Frances Elle Birch.
He was a Solicitor in Chester.
He married Rosamend Cecily Langton in 1914 at St Peter's, Tunbridge Well. [1]
in 1914 he was a Lieutenant then a Second Lieutenant in the Cheshire Regiment and served in France[2]
In 1939 his occupation was Solicitor and his address was Croft Cavendish Road, Chester C.B., Cheshire, England. [3]
He passed away in 1966.
