Agnes Bird was born in 1410 [5] which would make her 19 at the time of her marriage in 1429.
Burke states that 'Humphrey Hill, of Buntingdale [son of Griffith Hull and Margaret Warren], ... lived in the reigns of Henry V (1413-1422) and Henry VI (1422-1461) . [2]. Estimate that he "flourished" at the midpoint of that period -- 1437. If he was 30 when he "flouished" he would have been born about 1407, which is consistent with other estimates of his birth year.
The LDS Pedigree resource file shows Humphrey Hill born 1404 in Hodnet, Shropshire, England. Another web site shows him born about 1410 in Buntingdale, Shropshire. [6]

David David de Malpas was the uncle of the wife of John Bird of Charlton. A reference to the Egerton pedigree shows that Roger, natural son of Sir William de Malpas, had issue David, father of David of Bickerton and Hampton, who married Katherine, daughter of Hugh de Bickerton. They had issue John, whose son, David, died without issue, thus leaving his aunts his coheirs.[8]

The residence of the Hills in Salop can be traced to a period before the reign of Edward I (1272-1307); their surname was originally Hull, or de la Hull. Humphrey’s eldest son William is ancestor of the present Hills of “court of Hill,” England. Ralph was the ancestor of the Hills of “Hawkstone Park,” Salop, England, whose present representative there is Viscount Rowland Hill. Sir Rowland Hill, son of Thomas, died 1561, leaving no issue. Agnes, wife of Humphrey hill, was the daughter of John Bird. [9]
