In 1774, he received a distribution from his sister Marcy's estate.[2][3]
Capt. Jonas Birdseye, son of Abel, was a soldier in the Revolution. His son Abel settled in New York and died 13 Oct 1866 at Junius. Another son was Julius Hiram Birdseye[4]
