Biography

Charles D. Birge, the son John Harvey Birge (1824-1902) and Elizabeth Marrerray Dow, was born about 6 Feb 1856 in Centralia, Washington County, Illinois, United States.

oneHe married twice and had nine children: eight sons and one daughter. He moved frequently, having lived in Illinois, Missouri, Indian Territory, Arkansas, and Texas, where seven of his children were born..
