Biography
Joseph is the son of Francis Marion Birkhead and Susan Ann Overall. According to Mrs. Ball, the marriage took place in Pike County, and is recorded in the Pike County Marriage Book, No. 8, Page 158. Joseph B. Birkhead is listed as being from Troy, Missouri.
