Charles was born in 1758. He was the son of Charles Bisbee and Beaulah Howland. His grave stone reads he was a native of Plymouth, Massachusetts. Charles Bisbee was an early pioneer of Dearborn County, Indiana and was listed as a Revolutionary War Pensioner in the county in 1828, having served as a private in the company of Freeman Chamberlain under the command of Colonel Bailey. [1] Charles died in Caesar Creek Township in Dearborn County in 1833 while residing with his son Isaiah.
