Rutha Bishop was born on 6 Mar 1885 in Millers Creek, Estill, Kentucky, USA, daughter of Elias Fulton Bishop (~1846 - 1925) and Delilah (Babb) Bishop (1850 - 1914). Rutha died on 8 Dec 1918 in Estill aged 33.
Her brother was Creed Bishop (~1881 - 1958).
Rutha married Hezekiah Rogers (born in Kentucky on 12 Sep 1874; died in Furnace Ridge, Powell, Kentucky about ~Dec 1918), son of Hezekiah Rogers and Rebecca Jane Barnett, in Sep 1903 in Kentucky. Their children were:
