BISHOP[3] Lorne August 2, 1923 August 18, 2011 On Thursday, August 18, 2011, Lorne Bishop, Balcarres, SK., died at the age of 88 years. The funeral service will be held in the St. Paul Anglican Church, Balcarres, SK., on Tuesday, August 23, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. Interment of cremated remains in the All Saints Anglican Cemetery, Katepwa Lake, SK. Predeceased by his wife Marg; son-in-law Ron McLean; parents Diana and Fred Bishop; brother Roy Bishop and sister Mona McLeod. Lorne is survived by three daughters: Lorna McLean, Moira (Nick) Nicholson and Jane Bishop (Sandra); grandchildren: Courteney (Trevor) Lizotte, Megan (Bryce) and Aislinn McLean, Carly and Bryn Nicholson; great grandchildren: Ava, Logan and Satie Lizotte; brothers Fred (Burnice) and Mac (Florrie); and sister Madge Smellie. Lorne is also survived by his nieces and nephews. No flowers by request. If friends so desire contributions to a charity of choice may be tokens of remembrance.
