Survivors include: His wife, Mary Malone Bishop; daughters, Cyndi Peden & Tim Green of Magee, Christy Braxton of Magee; step-daughters, Karan Stomps & John of Brandon, and Kina Lockhart & Terry of Starkville; step-son, Ken Shellnut & Bonnie, sister, Margie Anderson & Bill of Magee, grandchildren, Hollie Peden, Haley Peden, Hayden Braxton, and Reagan Braxton, and eight step-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Herman & Estelle McCollum Bishop; brother, Kenny Bishop; twin nieces; step-daughter, Jane Shellnut Wilkinson; and son-in-law, David Peden.
