Eliza Bishop married Milton Hobbs on 14 Aug 1853 in Washington, KY.[1] The marriage record cited by the second ancestrylibrary.com shows James Sutton married Mary M. Bishop 16 Apr 1867 in Washington KY, perhaps her sister and a different husband.
1880 Residence: District 230, Oglethorpe, GA.
Eliza Ann was the daughter of Daniel Bishop & Alice Wilkerson. She married 1st. 14 Aug. 1853 in Washington Co. Ky., Milton N. Hobbs, & they had children John, Nannie Milton, Mary, Matilda, Susan, Alpha O. & Milton P. Hobbs. After her first husband's death, she married 2nd. 15 Sept. 1875 in Washington Co. Ky., James Sutton, & they had children Maggie A. Sutton & Eley Daniel Sutton. James & Eliza Sutton resided in Washington Co. Ky. in 1900.
