Biography
Christina (also spelled Christena) Bishop was born between 1821-1823 in Montgomery County, Virginia. It is believed that her parents are Abraham "Abel" Bishop and Mary Jane “Polly” Hornberger; her father is listed on her marriage record to Leftwich Lester in 1844:
