She first married John Holmes on 17 February 1805 in Stamford.[2] They had the following children:

She second married Lewis Slawson on 5 October 1823 in Darien, Connecticut.[2] They had at least one child:

Nancy Bishop died on 20 May 1848 in Darien, Fairfield County, Connecticut, United States.[6][7] She was buried in Noroton River Graveyard, Darien, Fairfield County, Connecticut.[7]
