Samuel Bishop (son of Eleazer Bishoppe) was born 1709 in New London, Connecticut, and died 1804. He married Elizabeth Holman July 25, 1734. She was born 1711 in New London, Connecticut.

Eleazer Bishop, born January 20, 1738.

Elizabeth Bishop, born December 26, 1751.
Phoebe Bishop, born June 26, 1753.

The first (page 484) indicates that Samuel and five siblings were baptized in 1722:
July 8th . . . Eleazer Bishop and his wife had their children baptized, Peter, John, Samuel, Clement, Mary, Sarah.
The second (page 500) indicates that Samuel had a child baptized at the same church in 1737:
June 26th. Samuel Bishop had his child baptized, Samuel . . .
Census
There is a Samuel Bishop listed in the 1790 [3] and 1800 census [4] in New London County. This may be the same Samuel Bishop.
