Austin Bissell RN is Notable.

Austin Bissell, son of William Bissell and his wife, Mary, was baptised at Tattenhall in Cheshire on the 1st of April 1770. [1]

He married Anne Eykyn at St Sepulchre, Holborn on the 3rd of March 1804. [2]

Loss of HMS Blenheim

Austin wrote his will in 1805 when aboard his ship HMS Blenheim off Spithead, about to sail for the East Indies. [3]He was lost when HMS Blenheim foundered in the Indian Ocean in 1807.
