Geneviève Bisson was born on 30 Nov 1766 and was baptized "sous condition" three days later on 3 Dec in Sainte-Marie parish in Beauce, Province de Québec. She was the daughter of Jean François Bisson and his wife Josette Bélotte. Sponsors at Geneviève's baptism were Clement Bisson and Genevieve Marcoux; neither signed the register.
At age 21 Geneviève married Guillaume Grenier on 21 Jan 1788 in Sainte-Marie parish in Beauce. There were four known children born into this marriage.
Geneviève died at age 75 on 21 May 1842 in Beauce; she was buried in Sainte-Marie parish cemetery in Beauce.
