The will of Samuel Bixler was made in Frederick County, MD on 15 May 1797, and proven on 14 Jun 1803. It names his wife as Elizabeth, and refers to a number of children, although only Peter and Samuel are named. Samuel Flickinger of York County, PA (possibly the brother-in-law of Elizabeth) is named as executor, along with Elizabeth and Peter.[1]
