Thomas Isaac Bixler was born on March 15, 1874 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States, son of William Green Bixler (1830–1915) and Rachel Sargent (1845–1914).[1]
Thomas (18) married Cora Bufford (18) (born on March 26, 1874 in Fort Wayne) on April 2, 1892 in Allen County, Indiana. Their children were:

Thomas died on March 20, 1965 in Fort Wayne, aged 91.
