Mary Jane Black (married name Blundy) was born about 11 Jan 1843 in Ovens River (Myrtleford) Victoria Australia, daughter of Margaret Rebecca (Cousins) Black and Andrew Black.^{[citation needed]}

She married Robert William Blundy in 1862 in Victoria.^[1] Their children were:^{[citation needed]}

Mary died on 7 February 1924 at 1 Ardrie Road, Malvern East, Victoria, aged 81 years.^[2][3] Her remains were buried at Brighton General Cemetery in Caulfield South, Victoria.^[4]
