BOMFORD-BLACK - On November 8, 1911, at St. George's Church, Battery Point, by the Rev. A Brain, Richard Claude, second eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Bomford, Macquarie Plains, to Nora Francis (Norma) Black of Longley, an adopted daughter of the late Mr. Jones and Mrs. Jones, of Glenbank, Kempton.

A sitting of the Full Court was held yesterday, before the Chief Justice (Hon. H. Nicholls) and Mr. Justice Dobbie Mr. A. B. Crisp (of A. B. and C. Crisp) applied for the rule nisi in the case of Bumford v. Bumford, Woodward co-respondent, to be made absolute. This was a case in which Richard Claude Bumford sought a dissolution of his marriage with Nora Frances Bumford on the ground of misconduct. The decree nisi was granted on November 18 last There was no appearance for the respondent or the co-respondent and the decree was made absolute.
