Biography
Ruth was born about 1876. She is the daughter of John Blackburn and Martha Cambell.
By the UK Census Dated 1881 her mother had passed away and she was living with her father, four siblings and a boarder at Jenkinson Street, Everton, Lancashire, England. Aged 5 and a Scholar.
Her father remarried.
UK Census Date 1891: Living with her father, stepmother and six siblings in Ashwell Street, Toxteth Park, Lancashire, England. Aged 14 and a scholar.
She married William Taylor Miller (son of William Miller) on 3 February 1901 at Liverpool, Lancashire, England.[1]
UK Census Date 31 March 1901: Ruth and William may have been living in Claypole Street, West Derby, Lancashire, England. She was aged about 22.
She passed away in 1952 at the age of 75.[2]
