Otie (Blackburn) Holeman was born in Kentucky.

Otie Leola Blackburn^[1] was born 21 February 1892^[2] in Caldwell County, Kentucky, United States. She was the daughter of James McNary "Mack" Blackburn and D. Josie Stallions.^[3] In the 1900 census, Odie and her parents lived with her grandparents Mansfield and Minerva Blackburn in Magisterial District 2, Donaldson, Caldwell, Kentucky.^[3] Her mother died sometime after the 1900 census. In the 1910 and 1920 census records, Otie was recorded living in Caldwell County, Kentucky with her father and step mother Mary.^[4][5]

Otie, age 40, married James A. Holeman, age 53, on 11 December 1932 in Dalton, Hopkins, Kentucky.^[1]

Otie Leola (Blackburn) Holeman, age 89, died 21 January 1982 in Providence, Caldwell, Kentucky and was buried at Beech Grove Cemetery in Caldwell County, Kentucky.^[6][2]
