Biography
When Merrill Schuyler Blacker was born on January 13, 1911, his father, Ulysses, was 41 and his mother, Mary, was 30. He married Myrtus Helen Glenn on May 1, 1934, in Weiser, Idaho. They had one child during their marriage. He died on November 16, 2004, in Concord, California, at the age of 93, and was buried in La Grande, Oregon.
